Our idea at HälsoTanken is to provide you with knowledge about of how stress affects your physical body, soul and mind and show you how you can do TRE, “Tension, Stress and Trauma Releasing Exercises”. It is a series of simple physical exercises that activate the nervous system’s natural function of the stress control; neurogenic vibration in the body’s internal muscles core.
