The first session takes about 60 minutes and includes an interview, physical examination, analysis, treatment, and advice about exercises. The comming session will normally take between 55- 30 minutes.
Physicaltherapy can include: manual treatments, massage, triggapoint treatment, kinesiology taping, acupuncture or rehabilitation. Stott Pilates can be integrated in rehabilitation.
You will gain knowledge and understanding about of how the body and its various systems work whithin your body. You will get better knowledge about the interaction between everyday behavior, sport or lifestyle. A new movement behavior can then be learned.
The goals are always individual. Basic is to achieve a permanent change, where you learn to listen and understand your body’s signals, find the right level of fitness and balance in your life.
